Guided onboarding for new families
New parents now experience a focused step-by-step setup: welcome, family naming, privacy & consent, adding a first child, and creating a first chore — all before reaching the dashboard. Existing families are not affected.
Shared category assignments
Categories can now be assigned to multiple family members, making shared chore labels easier to reuse.
Friendly color names
Store theme swatches and family category color pickers now use playful color names instead of raw hex codes.
What's New badges
Red badges now show what's new since you last looked — new chores, store items, quests, achievements, and changelog updates — with a What's New card on your dashboard. Opening a section clears its badge, and counts respect each profile's role and access.
Sticky chore defaults
New chore dialogs now remember your last coin value and category selections so repeated chore setup is faster.
